Those Present:

The purpose of the meeting....

1. Site issues.

A. Finished floor has been raised from 19' to 20'

B. Top of retaining wall at column line A1 will be at elevation 19'4".

C. A concrete walkway will be installed along the retaining wall and likely a railing will be required.

D. Splitface cmu will be installed 8" below finished floor at all building perimiter except lower in the vacinity of column line A1 such that splitface block will always be a minimum of 2" below grade.

E. Dennis Melton agreed to coordinate bollard locations.

2. The additional office area was discussed which would extend the structural system of the office area 30'.

3. 10' x 270' Bump-out

A. Dennis Melton presented bump-out details including partial floor plan, side elevation and section.

B. It was decided that the chiller could be placed on the roof of the bump out, a perlinlocation would become a W8 beam with short columns stubbing up and an end beam supporting the chiller.

C. General Contractor agreed to send chiller catalogue cuts to Engineer.

4. Coolant Pit

A. Dennis Melton presented preliminary Coolant Pit Details including plan, section, and blow-up section at plate connection.

B. A recommendation to the owner will be made to provide structure to support the checker plate independent of the steel tank to avoid tight tolerances and movement of the plate.

C. General Contractor agreed to ask the owner for the live load requirements for walking on the plate and the required height of the tank to stay below the checker plate structure.
