DENNIS C. MELTON, A.I.A.
Dennis provides leadership for the Melton Architects' organization. Founder and principal, he believes that "architecture is about people" and maintains a comfortable but professional office and a personal commitment to each client. He received his degree in architecture from Drexel University, has professional registration in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, and has 20 years experience working with a variety of projects types. He is currently President of the Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce, a Chairperson for the Greater Brandywine Cultural Alliance, and a Program Chair for the Martin Luther King Community Breakfast.
RONALD C. HASTINGS, R.A.
Ron is an architect with over 30 years' experience in design and project management. He is very customer-focused and enjoys working with people in a manner that enables them to play the key role in developing their project. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and has professional registration in Delaware.
DANIEL (WICK) WILLIAMS, R.A.
Daniel is experienced and knowledgeable in both construction and architecture having run his own contracting firm for ten years and his own design firm for nine. He enjoys working with a variety of projects and various teams of people in planning projects and creating solutions. He earned a Bachelor of City Planning from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University and a Masters in Education from Temple University. He is a registered architect in Pennsylvania.
JENNIFER LOUSTAU
Jennifer is a gifted artist and interior designer. She earned a Masters Degree in Interior Design from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Bryn Mawr College and is certified by the National Council on Interior Design Qualification. She has worked in all phases of interior design and architectural design/construction documentation in a variety of project types for more than 13 years.
CARLOS CASTELANELLI, R.A.
Carlos has moved to our area from Argentina where he was founder and principal of his own architectural firm. He received his degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He brings a wealth of experience and talent to Melton Architects.
JERI CRYSTAL
Jeri has been working at Melton Architects since 1997 providing business management, office management, project management, and computer drafting. Her education background includes Psychobiology, Crisis Intervention, and Team Management for Strategic Planning. Jeri brings over 20 years of business and management experience to the firm as well as her background in human services. She assists with presentations, marketing and communications, time management, and project management to insure that your project runs smoothly from initial concept to completion.

Ritva, originally from Finland, provides computer drafting and office assistance to Melton Architects.DEBBY GUGLIELMETTI

MICHELLE GREENE
