JAPANESE CULTURAL CENTER, Conceptual design for a proposed cultural center including Dojo, Temple, Inn, Restaurant, Shops, Gardens, Entrance Gate. Services: Programming, Conceptual Site Plan Design, Conceptual Building Renderings, Presentation materials.

KENNETT CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT, Kennett Square, PA: Renovations to existing shop area for classrooms. Renovations to existing art room for classrooms and to shop area for new art room. Services: Design and Construction Documents.

KENNETT SQUARE BOROUGH HALL, Kennett Square, PA: The historic Schmaltz house was renovated for the Kennett Square Borough Hall. Handicap access, emergency lighting and a fire sprinkler system were included. Borough facilities include entry lobby with restored casework, offices and council chambers.

KENNETT SQUARE MASTER PLANNING, Kennett Square, PA: Melton Architects, as part of a team of three architectural firms including Bernardon Haber Holloway Architects and Jeffrey A. Norman Architects, designed a master plan of Kennett Common, an area in Kennett Square the community wants a mix of civic and commercial development keying on the concept of shared spaces. The mix includes a plaza, library, post office, performance center, meeting space, relocation of Borough Hall and District court, expanded and upgraded retail and office space, increased and improved housing and space for education facilities, all served by greatly expanded parking and an attractive, pedestrian friendly urban setting.

KIRKWOOD ANIMAL HOSPITAL, Newark, DE: 3,000 sq. ft. addition including reception, offices, exam rooms, x-ray, and run areas. Services: Land Planning, Design, and Construction documents.

LESSONS LEARNED DAY CARE, Wilmington, DE: Renovations to 8,500 sq. ft. building for day care including reception, offices, pre-school, toddler, & infant areas, toilet rooms, kitchen, and multipurpose room. Services: Code Compliance, Design, and Construction Documents.

LINSLY ARTS CENTER, Wheeling, WV: 6,000 sq. ft. renovations and additions to create an arts center for Linsly School including studios, dark room, and office. Services: Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
